Transformation Practices
Becoming a sysstic priestess requires a transformation akin to forced feminization.
This transformation process begins with the curio-fag initiation, through the pussyboi stage, and ending with the naming ceremony.
All stages of transformation last exactly four months, but all utilize these exercises, practices, and directives to create a pathway to our true sysstic nature.
Exercises: 2 to 3 days a week, with days off in between for rest.

Diet: in addition to the our sysstic diet, Coles Cibum, we should be eating the following estrogen heavy foods.

Medication: estrogen cream on ones nipples, tip of the clitty (after being cleaned, then put back in chastity), and coating a buttplug for ones boipussy, or sussy, are all desirable.
